Thank God this year is almost over!

While the title to this post may sounds like this is going to be a negative rant, really it is not.  I had been through a lot this year, for example:
  • my once lunch buddies are all over the places now (that means i don't get to see them everyday any more)
  • unconducive situation at work
  • mum & dad is getting older and their health is getting poorer (this worries me)
  • some one grazed my car at work & i had to pay the price
  • had to put up with some one close that has this habit of creating false expectations (words not honored and promises carelessly made always puts me off!).  Person has been removed!
  • mum had an operation to fix her tendon (i view this as both positive & negative)
  • strained relationship with a sibling (misunderstanding arose from miscommunication but i am not about to forget yet that attitude shown!)
  • health was not so good due to stress at work & being the only adult at home to my 2 kids
  • the awareness that i still need to do some soul searching at this age
Ok, so the last one wasn’t so bad, but still, it put me at my wits end nonetheless.  Now for the “glass is half-full” part.
  • i am still maintaining my glorious blog (sis kinda given up on hers)
  • watching my gals grow each day (can be a pain & a joy at the same time but obviously the joy outweighs the pain, they are growing beautifully)
  • is ever thankful that i have each family members close to me (comfort support)
  • celebrated all the significant occasions with family members (birthdays, festivities, school concert etc, etc)
  • met some new friends and learned some knew knowledge through KSPK
  • had some time to sit back & relax
  • got a sponsored netbook (yippee!!)
  • my gf still finds me HOT on my 40th birthday!!
  • glad to know i still have God in my heart..
So see, this really wasn’t an all negative post after all.  I know that 2011 is going to be a very good year.  Hell, it can’t be any worse than 2010, but I’m hoping for bigger & better things in the coming year.  :)

God bless you all & a belated Merry Christmas to you & Happy New Year!

P.S. Don’t Drink & Drive! ;)
