Kambate - I will do my BEST!!

Late last year, I decided to quit from my then present company to work with another for a brand new experience. I wanted to go into something different. So I switched from being a Customer Service personnel to a Corporate Communication unit in Marketing Department. I thought it would be a refreshing experience for me. I was right, the position was rather challenging and I did enjoy my short stint with that company.

Unfortunately I had to quit my job then. I had a rather unhappy experience in this new department especially with this one particular person. I know I can choose to remain and work it out with this new challenge but I realised I was getting too old for all this crap! Hence I quit after justifying the reason with dear old hubby.

I quit at the start of an economic turmoil and was really unsure when I will get my next job offer. So, I became a full time house wife since January'09 till present. I take this as another learning experience for me. I had to explore my culinary skill to come up with a variety of menus so as not to bore my children with the same food everyday. I send / pick them from school every day, guide my daughter with her homework, clean the house, did the laundry etc... all that a house wife does.

It was a luxury to be able to spend more time on the internet and not having to rush early in the morning, however, like everything else there is the negative side of this luxury. I am depleting my saving and have to really cut down on my expenditure. All these while I have sent in numerous job application but it was not easy getting a job in a small town like M'cca especially with my general skill and the 'slightly' good pay (of course it cld be better). So I patiently wait!

Hah!! Finally I got a job offer and am going to start with this new company. I hope this time everything will go well and I don't have to switch job again! Cross my fingers and toes!! Let's wait and see...
